This Privacy Policy explains how Denis Michel („Owner", „we", „us") processes personal data when you use the iOS application „CREATE7" („Application"). CREATE7 stores all user‑generated calendar data locally on your device. No calendar data is transferred to our servers or any third party, unless you explicitly enable iCloud backup via Apple.

CREATE7 processes the following category of personal data:
• On‑device calendar data (events, colours, labels) — stored exclusively on your device and, if enabled, in your personal iCloud backup.
The Application shows no ads, uses no third‑party analytics, and shares no personal data with any external party for marketing or profiling purposes.
• Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR – Performance of the contract (storing calendar data locally).
• Art. 6 (1)(c) GDPR – Compliance with legal obligations (e.g. tax or accounting).
Calendar data remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the Application. No copies are held by the Owner.
We implement technical and organisational measures, including on‑device encryption, passcode or biometric protection via iOS, and TLS for any optional cloud backup, to protect personal data from unauthorised access or loss.
• Access (Art. 15)
• Rectification (Art. 16)
• Erasure (Art. 17)
• Restriction (Art. 18)
• Data portability (Art. 20)
• Objection (Art. 21)
• Complaint to a supervisory authority (Art. 77)
Contact us via the details in Section 2. Requests are free of charge and answered within one month.
The Application does not respond to "Do Not Track" signals because it performs no cross‑site tracking.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you in‑app and update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
If you believe that the processing of your personal data infringes applicable data-protection laws, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Supervisory authority responsible for the Owner:
The State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information Baden-Württemberg (LfDI BW)
Königstr. 10 a, 70173 Stuttgart, Germany

You remain free to contact any other supervisory authority within the European Economic Area.
The Application is not directed to children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided personal data to us, please contact us using the details in Section 2. We will delete the information without undue delay.
